| The 4th Floor Ballroom of the Sovereign Performing Arts Center has a high, rounded ceiling, two large chandeliers and parquet flooring. It is the smallest and most intimate of the ballrooms. It is recommended for functions of up to 120 guests. Link to a drawing of the floor plan. |
